The air speed control method comprises the following steps that when the air conditioner runs in a refrigeration manner, if an air-feeling-free control instruction is received, the air conditioner is controlled to get into an air-feeling-free running mode; after the air conditioner gets into the air-feeling-free running mode, the indoor environment temperature is judged; if the indoor environment temperature is larger than a first temperature threshold valve, the air scattering plate is controlled to swing, and the rotating speed of an indoor fan is controlled to be smaller than or equal to a first preset rotating speed; and if the indoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to the difference between the first temperature threshold valve and the preset correction temperature, the air scattering plate is controlled to be closed, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is controlled to be smaller than or equal to a second preset rotating speed.
