The present application provides a
powder particle processing device and method, which can lower the
dew point of the
powder particle delivery destination while stabilizing the
air volume in the
powder particle containing portion. Dry air after dehumidification and heating is supplied into the
drying hopper (11), and the powder particles contained in the
drying hopper (11) are dried. The delivery pipeline (44) for delivering the dried powder particles to the delivery destination hopper (54) is in communication with the
drying hopper (11), and the delivery air flow extending to the delivery destination (54) via the delivery destination hopper (54) flows on the downstream side of the delivery direction in the drying hopper (11). The powder particles contained in the drying hopper (11) are delivered to the delivery destination hopper (54) by making the delivery pipeline (44) generate the delivery air flow in the delivery direction. After delivering the powder particles, the state of opening the delivery pipeline (44) to the
atmosphere and stopping the generation of the delivery air flow on the downstream side of the delivery direction of the delivery destination hopper (54) is generated.
