The steps comprises of a first step, constructing a candidate content set; a second step, predicting an area popularity index of each content in the candidate content set; a third step, predicting a user area transition probability; a fourth step, acquiring a cost benefit ratio obtained if each content in the candidate content set is cached according to the area popularity index and the user area transition probability; a fifth step, taking the cost benefit ratio as a probability and randomly selecting the corresponding content to carry out caching from the candidate content set.
