The present invention provides a method for producing lightweight fuel oil by hydrogenation of deep drawn anthracene oil. The method comprises the following steps: hydrofinishing deep drawn anthracene oil; returning part of the liquid phase products obtained by gas-liquid separation to the hydrofinishing reaction zone and mixing with anthracene oil; adding the residual products into a hydrocracking reaction zone, conducting contact reaction with hydrobon catalysts, hydrogenation charcoal-removing catalysts and hydracracking catalysts successively; separating the obtained hydrocracking products; to obtain the fractions of gasoline and diesel oil. The method not only can process deep drawn anthracene oil, broadens the scope of raw materials; but also can maximize the conversion of deep drawing anthracene oil, thereby, improves the yield of lightweight fuel oil, raises the added value of anthracene oil, effectively protects the activity of hydrocracking catalysts simultaneously, and guarantees the long-time cycle running of a device. Furthermore, adopting the mode of portion cycle is favorable to reducing temperature rise, reducing equipment investment and enhancing safety and smoothness of device operation; simultaneously, reduction of the concentration of colloid and asphalt is in favor of prolongation of the running period of the device.

The method is small in temperature rise at a refining stage and stable in operation, can not only used for production of light gasoline and diesel products through anthracene oil hydrogenation, makes the devices safe and stable in operation and prolongs the operating cycle of the devices.
