[0019] Baifutiao Feed: To establish and determine the direct toxicity of insecticidal compounds to test insects, a suitable insect feed is first required, through which the insecticidal compounds are fed to the test insects. In this toxicity test system, the feed used must be able to meet the normal growth and development of the tested insects (generally require survival rate >80%) (Romeis et al., 2011; Lietal., 2013). Through experimental research, it is found that the survival rate of Baifutiao is >85% ( figure 1 ), meeting the basic requirements for establishing a toxicity assay system.
