The invention discloses a special probe and a gene chip for identifying pathogenic candida. The special probe for identifying the pathogenic candida consists of at least one of the following 24 DNA fragments: 12 DNA fragments of which the nucleotide sequences are respectively sequence 1 to sequence 12 in a sequence table, and 12 DNA fragments of which the nucleotide sequences are respectively reverse complement sequences of sequence 1 to sequence 12 in a sequence table. The invention further provides the DNA chip containing the special probe for identifying the pathogenic candida. The specialprobe, the DNA chip or a device all can be applied to identifying the pathogenic candida. The identification procedure comprises the following steps: enveloping the species-specific probe on a low-density gene chip membrane, carrying out flow-through hybridization and color development on an ITS area of rDNA of the candida to be tested and the species-specific probe on the low-density gene chip membrane by a test platform based on a flow-through hybridization technology, and finally identifying the candida to be tested. The special probe and the gene chip have the characteristics of strong andfast specificity, and fast and specific positive effect in the case of detection of the common pathogenic candida in a clinical specimen and identification of a candida strain.

The invention provides a test method for detecting the potential toxic influence of stomach poisoning insecticide compounds on folsomia candida. The method is characterized in that an insecticide or transgenic insecticidal protein is added into yeast powder (feed) uniformly and the mixture is directly delivered to folsomia candida; yeast mixed with a protease inhibitor with a concentration of 75 micrograms E-64 / g is used for positive control treatment and feed without any insecticide compounds is used for negative control treatment; potential toxicity of the tested insecticide compounds on spring tails is assessed by comparing the important life parameters such as the survival rate, the head breadth, the body length and the egg laying amount of folsomia candida of the treatment group and the control groups. By using the method, the biological reaction of folsomia candida to potassium arsenate [PA], E-64 and galanthus nivalis agglutinin (GNA) with different concentrations can be tested. It is shown that the different life parameters of folsomia candida show an obvious dose-effect relationship along with the change of the concentrations of PA, E-64 and GNA, so that the effectiveness and the sensitivity of the method are testified.

The invention relates to a preparation method for a novel antifungal compound and an antifungal application. The invention discloses a novel compound with a structure formula I as follows, wherein the novel compound is prepared by separating Streptomyces-albolongus which is used as a source; the chemical name is (1beta, 4beta, 4abeta, 8a alpha)-4,8a-dimethyloctahydronaphthalene-1,4a(2H)-diol; the molecular formula is C12H22O2. The invention also provides a preparation method and an application of the compound. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: performing fermenting culture on the strain S.albolongus, and then centrifuging, thereby acquiring a culture solution; absorbing the culture solution by a macroreticular resin column, reducing pressure and concentrating the 95% alcohol eluting part, thereby acquiring a crude extract; treating the crude extract with normal phase silica gel, dextrangel LH-20 and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, thereby acquiring a monomer compound shown as structure I; and adopting nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum for identifying the structure as the novel compound. An in vitro antifungal activity research proves that the compound I provided by the invention has obvious inhibiting effect to various pathogenic fungi, including candida albicans, candida parapsilosis and cryptococcus neoformans and is expected to be developed into a novel antifungal drug.
