The invention relates to the technical field of
traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and particularly discloses a method for extracting a
rheum officinale extract by using a nano material. The method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing dried rhubarb to obtain
rhubarb powder; s2, mixing
menthol and octanoic acid to obtain an
oil phase, adding a surfactant and an
ascorbic acid aqueous solution into the
oil phase, and uniformly mixing to obtain an oil-in-water
emulsion; s3, mixing the
rhubarb powder with the oil-in-water
emulsion to obtain an extracting solution; adding a pMMC nano-material into the extracting solution, adjusting the pH value to 7.2-7.8, stirring for 10-15 minutes at
room temperature, adsorbing the pMMC nano-material at the bottom of a container by using a permanent
magnet, gathering the pMMC nano-material at the bottom of the container, and discarding the supernatant liquid to obtain an enriched
solid; and S4, eluting the enriched
solid, collecting the eluent, and
drying by
distillation to obtain the rhubarb extract. According to the application, the yield of the rhubarb extract can be improved, and the content of effective components in the rhubarb extract is relatively high.
