In normal operation, only the protocol control plane of the master main control board operates, and the system enters a backup state; and in the case of failure, the slave main control board works, and the system enters a recovery state: the protocol control plane of the slave main control board operates to obtain TCP data from the TCP backup and recovery module of the slave main control board, so as to correct a TCP window.
