Abstract

The invention discloses a method of accurately representing and evaluating fruit smell characters in fragrance of tobacco. The method includes the steps of obtaining aroma substance quantitative data through HS-GC-MS / MS detection method, performing calculation through threshold value of relative aroma substances, and performing construction to obtain tobacco fruit fragrance note index G. The method is simple in operations, is not liable to be interfered by impurities and is accurate in detection result. The GC-MS / MS is higher than GC-MS in both selectivity and sensitivity, so that the method avoids the problems that GC-MS is low in sensitivity, is insufficient in resolution, is poor in selectivity and is liable to cause a pseudo-positive result and cannot shows sufficient qualitative / quantitative information.
