Abstract

The invention discloses a water cooling structure of a motorcycle water cooling engine. A circulation water cavity in an air cylinder body is connected with a water pump cover on a crank case cover through an engine water pipe. Water passing holes are formed in the upper surface of the air cylinder body. A water cavity runner is arranged in an air cylinder head. Water passing holes which are communicated with the water cavity runner and correspond to the water passing holes in the upper surface of the air cylinder body are formed in the lower surface of the air cylinder head. A cylinder head water outlet is formed in the upper surface of the air cylinder head, and a cylinder cover water inlet in butt joint with the cylinder head water outlet is formed in the lower surface of the air cylinder cover. The cylinder cover water inlet is communicated with an air cylinder cover water outlet nozzle through a cooling runner, and the water outlet nozzle is connected with a radiator through a water pipe. Circulation water only passes the water passing holes in the periphery of the air cylinder body and the periphery of the air cylinder head, and burning down of an air cylinder gasket due to the high temperature is avoided. The water outlet nozzle is arranged on the air cylinder cover, the temperature of oil can be reduced through water circulation, and therefore the purposes of reducing the temperature of the engine and improving the lubricating condition of components are achieved.
