Abstract

The invention relates to a sheet space structure for a heat exchanger. The sheet space structure comprises a main panel and stop slopes arranged on the two sides of the main panel, wherein a plurality of wave crest surfaces and a plurality of wave trough surfaces are also arranged on the main panel alternately; a first slope surface and a second slope surface are also arranged on the main panel; the two ends of each wave crest surface are connected with the first slope surface respectively; the first slope surface is connected with the second slope surface through a horizontal extension surface; the length of the first slope surface is different from that of the second slope surface; and the two ends of each wave trough surface are connected with the second slope surface respectively. Compared with other heat exchangers with asymmetric structures, with the adoption of a brazing heat exchanger formed with a sheet space group as a unit, the channel structure can ensure acquisition of different volumes and consistent pressure bearing capacity of two adjacent heat transfer medium channels without adding the area of a welding contact point of two adjacent sheet spaces, and the brazing heat exchanger is particularly suitable for special working conditions with some flows with obvious differences.
