Abstract

Provided is a method of adding an operation channel for a user equipment (UE) using an unlicensed band channel by an evolved Node B (eNB) in a mobile communication system. The method includes transmitting to at least one UE a first sensing indicator message indicating perception of an unlicensed band channel, determining a channel state by sensing the unlicensed band channel, receiving from at least one UE a message comprising an unlicensed band perceived by the UE A first feedback message of the channel sensing result of the authorized band channel, comparing the determined channel state with the channel sensing result received from the UE, based on the result of the comparison, transmitting a control message indicating the addition of the unlicensed band channel to the UE.
