Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for avoiding interference of a hidden node in UE, which works in a license-free channel, of the communication network. The method comprises that a request sending signaling is received from a service node, and the request sending signaling comprises an identification of the license-free channel as well as a time period in which a service node is prepared to occupy the license-free channel; according to the identification, first base stations, used nearby, of the license-free channel are identified; if at least one base station exists nearby and is not the service node, a busy signaling is sent to the first base stations via a licensed channel, and asks the first base stations to pause data transmission to the UE in the time period; and a sending allowed signaling is sent to the service node, and asks the service node to transmit data of the UE in the time period in the license-free channel.
