The air deflector component comprises an air deflector and a plurality of air diffusion components, wherein the air deflector is rotationally pivoted to an air outlet of the air conditioner; at least one mounting hole is formed in the air deflector; at least one of the air diffusion components is a spherical air diffusion piece; the spherical air diffusion piece is rotationally installed on the corresponding mounting hole; an air diffusion outlet is formed in the spherical air diffusion piece; and an elastic flanging is arranged at the mounting hole and wraps a part of outer circumferential wall of the spherical air diffusion piece in the circumferential direction of the mounting hole.
