Abstract

The invention discloses a hot-press sealing machine. The hot-press sealing machine comprises a machine shell, a preheating conveying table, heating pipes and a pressurization device. The machine shell is rectangular. The upper surface of the machine shell is transparent. A feed port is formed in the right side face of the machine shell. A discharge port is formed in the position, corresponding to the feed port, on the left side face of the machine shell. The pressurization device is arranged between the feed port and the discharge port and comprises two upper roller shafts, lower roller shafts, fixing blocks and supporting columns. The two supporting columns are perpendicularly fixed into the machine shell correspondingly. The fixing blocks are arranged on the supporting columns in a slidable and sleeving manner. The portions, between the upper ends of the fixing blocks and the upper surface of the machine shell, of the supporting columns are sleeved with springs. Each spring is fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing block and the corresponding supporting column. The two upper roller shafts are horizontally arranged between the two fixing blocks. The two lower roller shafts are rotationally arranged on the machine shell in the manner that the two lower roller shafts correspond to the two upper roller shafts. The preheating conveying table is horizontally arranged in the machine shell. The heating pipes are symmetrically fixed to the upper face and the lower face of the machine shell. By means of the manner, the hot-press sealing machine can be suitable for hot-press sealing of hot-press objects in different sizes.
