Abstract

The invention discloses a system for preventing a vehicle wading into water from flameout and a corresponding method. The system comprises an exhaust pipe anti-inhaling control device which is configured to control the vehicle to be in a wading mode by responding to the condition that the detected water depth exceeds the first height lower than an exhaust port of an engine; and in the mode, the engine is in a high-rotation-speed state, and a gearbox is in a low-gear state, so that the exhaust pressure of the engine is greater than the water pressure.
