Abstract

The zinc-contained dust of the steel and iron works is sprayed into an enriching furnace, or is added in the enriching furnace after being caked; zinc in the dust is reduced to zinc steam in the enriching furnace; generated zinc-contained smoke is leaded into a cloth bag dust collector after rough dust removal and afterheat recovery of a heat exchanger; zinc is oxidized as zinc oxide, and is captured on the cloth bag dust collector to obtain high-zinc dust; the high-zinc dust is sprayed into a recovery furnace; zinc in the dust is reduced as zinc steam in the recovery furnace; high-zinc smoke generated in the recovery furnace is captured by lead liquid in a condensation separation device; and liquid-stage rough zinc is obtained after separating liquid-state zinc from liquid-state lead. The high-zinc smoke generated in the recovery furnace also can be cooled by water in a spray washing tower, oxidized, captured and precipitated as zinc oxide mud after rough dust removal and afterheat recovery of an afterheat boiler and the heat exchanger; and the zinc oxide mud is centrifugally dried to obtain zinc oxide.
