The method comprises the steps that a control terminal acquires the voice signal of a user; the control terminal converts the received voice signal into a digital signal and associates the digital signal with the control instruction input by the user; and the control terminal sends the digital signal and the control instruction associated with the digital signal to a controlled terminal bound with the control terminal, wherein the controlled terminal associatively stores the digital signal and the control instruction in a standard voice library. The invention furthermore proposes the control terminal for associating the voice signal with the control instruction. According to the method, the voice identification rate of voice control is increased.
