The invention relates to an RFID technology, and specifically relates to a video positioning system based on RFID, and an RFID transceiver. The RFID transceiver includes at least 3 metal reflection separator plates, wherein one side edge of each metal reflection separator plate directs at the same center so that the 360DEG space surrounding the center is divided into different areas; each of the different areas is provided with an antenna for the RFID transceiver, and the position of the antenna is close to the center; and the electromagnetic wave intensity within the 360DEG range is more uniform, so that rapid attenuation of the electromagnetic wave intensity in other directions cannot seriously influence the RFID induction quality.
