The invention discloses a rack wheel regulation system and a method for regulating the rack wheel of a proton treatment system. The rack wheel regulation system comprises an estimation unit which estimates the support member regulation value of each regulation support member on the basis of the rigid parameters; the rigid parameters are the deviation function of the force applied on each regulation support member and the force applied on the regulation support member; the support member regulation value is corresponded to the nominal position value for compensating the rack wheel flexure when the rack wheel is rotated from a first angle position to a second angle position; and the adjustable support member is configured to support the rack wheel on the support surface and retains the proton in the center of the rack wheel when the rack wheel is rotating.
