The method comprises following steps of carrying out bandpass filtering and down-conversion processing to radio frequency signals which are received by an antenna and have continuous time domains, thus obtaining corresponding baseband signals with the continuous time domains; then carrying out time domain sampling processing to the baseband signals with the continuous time domains, thus obtaining the baseband signals with discrete time domains; then carrying out matched filtering processing to the baseband signals with the discrete time domains, thus obtaining sample values output after matched filtering processing; calculating a noise power according to all sampling values in the baseband signals with discrete time domains and all sample values output after matched filtering processing; calculating test statistics according to the noise power; calculating a judgment threshold according to the noise power and a set false alarm probability; finally comparing the test statistics with the judgment threshold; and judging whether other wireless communication service occupies channels.
