Abstract

The invention discloses a seedling growing method adopting Dendrobium devonianum seed and symbiotic fungus mixed sowing. The method comprises the following steps: activating Tulasnella sp. with the preservation number represented by CGMCC No.9551, carrying out fermenting culture to prepare fungus powder, and uniformly mixing the fungus powder with Dendrobium devonianum sees and common dry mass fragments to obtain a mixed sowing bag. In the seedling growing process, the mixed sowing bag is immersed in water in advance and then is fixed on a camellia sinensis trunk through a preservative film, and the seedling rate can reach 80% at the 45-50th day. The method has the advantages low technologic cost, easy operation, high population germination rate, and fast growth and vigorousness of seedlings. The sowing bag is convenient to store and transport, and the whole process is simple and is easy to learn, so the method has good application prospect in Dendrobium devonianum emulational culture industrialization.
