Embodiment 1

[0018] see figure 1 , The rapid detection method for the adsorption performance of the biochar material in this embodiment includes the following steps.

[0019] (1) At an ambient temperature of 20°C, eight parts of biomass carbon materials with a weight of 3g are mixed with eight parts of methanol with a volume of 10ml to obtain eight parts of reaction solution. When methanol has a violent adsorption reaction, measure the temperature change of the reaction solution and record the highest temperature value of each reaction solution. The adsorption properties of the eight biochar materials were all known and varied.

[0020] (2) Through the adsorption properties of eight biochar materials in step (1) and the corresponding maximum temperature values, eight groups of data about the adsorption properties and maximum temperature values of biochar materials are obtained, as shown in the table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a rapid detection method for adsorptivity of a biomass charcoal material. A method for cheap and rapid determination of adsorptivity of the biomass charcoal material has not been reported in the prior art. The rapid detection method provided by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps (1) mixing a plurality of parts of the biomass charcoal material with a plurality of parts of organic alcohol so as to obtain a plurality of reaction solutions and recording the maximum temperature value of each reaction solution; (2) on the basis of the adsorptivity of the plurality of parts of the biomass charcoal material and the corresponding maximum temperature values obtained in the step (1), carrying out equation fitting on the data of the adsorptivity and the maximum temperature values so as to obtain a simulation equation; and (3) mixing a biomass charcoal material sample with organic alcohol so as to obtain a reaction solution, recording the maximum temperature value of the reaction solution and substituting the maximum temperature value into the simulation equation obtained in the step (2) so as to obtain the adsorptivity of the biomass charcoal material sample. The rapid detection method provided by the invention is cheap and can realize rapid determination of the adsorptivity of the biomass charcoal material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid detection method for the adsorption performance of a biomass carbon material. The rapid detection reagent used is composed of organic alcohols such as methanol or ethanol. Background technique [0002] In contemporary society, environmental issues have attracted more and more attention, and biomass carbon materials are ideal materials for air purification. The adsorption performance of biochar material directly determines its ability to purify air. The existing methods for measuring the adsorption performance of biomass carbon materials are mainly divided into two categories: one is to use the specific surface area adsorption instrument to characterize the adsorption performance of carbon materials. The advantage of this type of method is that it measures accurately and can characterize the isothermal adsorption and desorption curves of carbon materials. The disadvantage is that the price of the specific surface area ...
