The method comprises the following steps: controlling increase of actually measured temperatures in various moments in accordance with a preset temperature, and collecting the actually measured temperatures so as to draw an actually measured body temperature change curve; when an actually measured temperature variation within a preset time length is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, taking a last moment corresponding to the preset time length as an initial moment, and fitting straight lines in different sections of the actually measured body temperature change curve in accordance with a preset interval, so that straight line sections are obtained; acquiring a slope difference between a previous straight line section and a later straight line section in the various adjacent straight line sections; by taking the initial moment as an initial predicting point, acquiring predicted temperatures in moments of delaying the various moments by the preset interval in accordance with a preset temperature compensation, the actually measured temperatures in the various moments in the straight line sections and the slope differences; and using a predicted temperature corresponding to the last moment as a final measured temperature when it detects that the actually measured temperatures, in correspondence to the last moment, of the straight line sections, become stable.
