Embodiments of the invention disclose an operation execution method and a mobile terminal. The method is applied to the mobile terminal. The method comprises the steps of analyzing an operation object and operation information indicated by a voice message; searching for the display position, in the mobile terminal, of the operation object indicated by the voice message; and in the found display position, executing the operation information indicated by the voice message on the operation object. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the operation information can be executed on the operation object after the display position, in the mobile terminal, of the operation object indicated by the voice message is found, so that the range of application of the method to voice messages is wider and operation information indicated by most voice messages can be executed.
