The system acquires travel information of vehicles heading for the intersection through the first electronic tag reader set and the second electronic tag reader set, predicts conflict between vehicles according to the vehicle travel information by means of the two data processing units, proposes the conflict resolution method, reminds vehicles coming from afar through the road side release device, and conducts conflict resolution guidance on vehicles entering the intersection through the vehicle-mounted audio broadcasting device, and therefore the safety of the non-signalized intersection can be effectively improved.
