Each linkage member has a first position for switching off an elastic member and electrically connecting with the plug on the condition that the electric energy member is inserted and a second position for electrically connecting the elastic member with the plug on the condition that the electric energy meter is pulled out. Through arranging the linkage members for switching off power supply between the elastic member and a terminal, power supply on-and-off of an audible-and-video alarm module is realized in plugging of the electric energy meter. On the condition that an operator pulls out the electric energy meter, the socket connector transmits an audible-and-video alarm signal, thereby reminding the operator. After the operator performs plugging of the electric energy meter to a preset position, the audible-and-video alarm signal is eliminated, thereby reminding the operator of a fact that the electric energy meter has plugged to the preset position.
