Abstract

The invention relates to a novel ZW32 circuit breaker comprising a pedestal. A cavity for element installation is formed inside the pedestal; the bottom of the pedestal is open; and three insulators distributed along a pedestal long axis direction are installed at the upper end of the pedestal. A transmission arm extending along the long axis direction of the pedestal is installed inside the cavity of the pedestal; the two ends of the transmission arm are connected with three pairs of transmission rods connected with the insulators in one-to-one correspondence; and the transmission rods and the transmission arms are hinged. The transmission rods are installed inside the pedestal by a mounting seat. Through holes enabling the transmission rods to make reciprocating motion in a horizontal direction are formed in the mounting seat. Besides, a buffer mechanism and a surge control device are installed inside the pedestal. According to the invention, the circuit breaker has the following advantages: on the basis of improvement of the internal structure of the pedestal of the traditional circuit breaker, defects of short mechanical service life and unstable characteristics of the circuit breaker can be overcome and shunting problems of the surge releasing loop and the conventional control loop can be solved.
