The measurement system comprises a milling cutter temperature measurement device and a workpiece temperature measurement device, wherein the milling cutter temperature measurement device comprises artificial thermocouples, a cutter rod temperature measurement module with a storage function and a temperature measurement module bracket; a milling cutter handle is provided with multiple temperature measurement points, and the temperature measured at the milling cutter handle can be stored in the cutter rod temperature measurement module; multiple artificial thermocouples are adopted for workpiece temperature measurement; thermal joints of the artificial thermocouples are fixed to the temperature measurement points by use of resin, and the other ends of the artificial thermocouples are connected with the input end of a temperature adjustment module; the output end of the temperature adjustment module is connected with a data collection card; the data collection card is connected with a computer. During the milling process, the workpiece thermocouples collects workpiece temperature in real time; when the cutter is switched to the thermocouple joints, the instantaneous temperature of the cutting edge can be collected in real time; after milling is finished, the temperature stored in the cutter rod temperature measurement module can be transmitted into the computer.
