Abstract

The invention discloses a health green tea and a preparation method thereof, wherein a green tea seed extraction liquid is used in fresh green tea leaf to prepare the green tea. The preparation method comprises: (1) taking 100-300 parts of green tea leaf, carrying out enzyme deactivating, and rolling; (2) taking 10-30 parts of green tea seed kernel, crushing to achieve a particle size of 100 mesh so as to obtain green tea seed powder, heating for 3-5 min at a temperature of 100 DEG C, filtering, standing, and cooling to obtain a green tea seed extraction liquid, wherein a weight ratio of the green tea seed powder to clear water is 1:4; and (3) sprinkling the green tea seed extraction liquid into the green tea leaf, rolling, and drying to prepare the health green containing the green tea seed component.
