The positioning spray demoulding device comprises a spray pipe, which is disposed at a middle position between a die at a demoulding position and a die at a position before demoulding, the direction of water flow at the outlet of the spray pipe is vertically upward, and the spray water flow of the spray pipe makes the quantity of water sprayed to the die at the demoulding position equal to the quantity of water sprayed to the die at the position before demoulding. The device also includes an atomization spray head, which is disposed at a middle position between the die at the demoulding position and a die at a position next to demoulding, also the outlet of the atomization spray head generates an up-inclined atomization water flow, and the up-inclined atomization water flow sprays to the front of the die at the demoulding position. The invention also provides the ice cream demoulding method adopting the positioning spray demoulding device.
