The spray de-molding device comprises a spray pipe and an atomization spray head; the spray pipe is arrangedin an intermediate position between a mold at a de-molding position and a mold at a position prior to de-molding; a water flow direction of an outlet of the spray pipe is vertically upward; spray water flow of the spray pipe enables the mold at the de-molding position and the mold at a position prior to the de-molding to have the same water spray amount; and the atomization spray head is arrangedbetween the mold at the de-molding position and a mold at a position rear to the de-molding, an outlet of the atomization spray head produces upwardly inclined atomized water flow, and the upwardly inclined atomized water flow sprays toward a front of the mold at the de-molding position. The spray de-molding device is used. The spray de-molding device reduces flushing of the molds, cooling capacity absorbed by spray water after recovery is reduced, energy consumption of a spray water warming device is reduced, and utilization rate of the spray water is improved at the same time.
