The squeezing and expanding device comprises a drilling rod, a squeezing and expanding support arm mechanism arranged at the bottom end of the drilling rod and a hydraulic system driving the squeezing and expanding support arm mechanism; the hydraulic system comprises a squeezing and expanding oil cylinder; the squeezing and expanding oil cylinder comprises a vertically-arranged cylinder barrel and an oil cylinder piston rod arranged in the cylinder barrel; an upper supporting seat sleeves the cylinder barrel; the squeezing and expanding support arm mechanism comprises an upper squeezing and expanding arm and a lower squeezing and expanding arm which are identical in length; the lower end of the upper squeezing and expanding arm is hinged to the upper end of the lower squeezing and expanding arm; the upper end of the upper squeezing and expanding arm is connected with the upper supporting seat; the lower end of the lower squeezing and expanding arm is connected with the oil cylinder piston rod; the upper supporting seat and the oil cylinder piston rod move along the axial direction of the cylinder barrel in a facing form or a deviating form, so that the squeezing and expanding support arm mechanism correspondingly expands or shrinks; in addition, the heights of hinging pivots of the upper squeezing and expanding arm and the lower squeezing and expanding arm are unchanged.
