The method comprises the steps that a carbon accumulation amount in the current diesel particle catcher is acquired; whether the carbon accumulation amount is larger than or equal to an over-combustion mass threshold or not is determined, and if yes, regeneration starting is forbidden; if not, whether the carbon accumulation amount is larger than or equal to a regeneration mass threshold or not is determined; when the carbon accumulation amount is larger than or equal to the regeneration mass threshold, whether the inlet temperature of the diesel particle catcher is larger than or equal to a regeneration temperature threshold or not is determined, and if yes, regeneration is started; and during a regeneration process, if a regeneration stopping condition is met, regeneration is stopped.
