Abstract

The welding method includes a pre-pressing step, a preheating step, a pre-cooling step, a climbing welding step, a stable welding step and a cooling step. The pre-pressing step is to apply a galvanized steel plate to be welded and apply a preloading pressure to the solder joint by a welding electrode. The preheating step includes that the welding electrode is connected to the preheating current and continuously heats, while the welding electrode applies welding pressure to the solder joint. The pre-cooling step includes cutting off current of the welding electrode while preserving welding pressure of the welding electrode, and the pre-cooling step is continued for the pre-cooling time. The climbing welding step includes that the welding electrode is connected with the climbing current and lasts for the climbing time, while applying welding pressure to the solder point, and the climbing current gradually increases to the final current from the initial current within the climbing time.
