Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows an improved tool called a sleeves that matches up well on both ends of a threaded rod or barrel without being too tightly fitted together. These tools have spaces between them where they shouldn't get stuck due to heavy loads from waterborne operations such as drilling rigs. They provide strength when needed while still allowing it to work properly over longer distances than previously possible. Additionally, these devices may include various forms like batteries, motors, pumps, etc., making their usage more efficient compared to older methods. Overall, these technical features improve efficiency and ease-of-use capabilities in securities construction projects.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to preventing loosened cores from being installed into nuclear facilities during maintenance procedures when they are exposed for longer periods without proper tools needed at all times. This can lead to issues with safety concerns related to radiation exposure while performing these tasks.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0015] like figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 As shown in the present invention, the underwater operating device for disassembling and assembling core web plate bolts includes a positioning mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a driving mechanism 7;

[0016] The positioning mechanism includes a hanger 1, a boom 2, and a working platform 3; the hanger 2 is connected between the hanger 1 and the working platform 3, and is used to adjust the height of the working platform 3 and support its weight. The hanger 1 is used to support the weight of the whole device, and can be connected to a suspension hook, a personnel work platform or other fixtures. The working platform 3 is the installation base of the transmission mechanism and the driving mechanism 7 , which plays the role of bearing and positioning. The transmission mechanism and the drivin...

Abstract

The invention relates to an underwater operation device used for disassembling a reactor core former bolt and is suitable for the underwater disassembling operation of the reactor core former bolt in a high-radioactivity environment formed after radiation. The underwater operation device comprises a locating mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the locating mechanism comprises a suspending frame, lifting rods and a working platform, and the lifting rods are connected between the suspending frame and the working platform; the transmission mechanism and the driving mechanism are mounted on the working platform, and the front end surface of the working platform is close to the outer surface curvature of an operated object; the transmission mechanism comprises a sleeve head, a transmission box and a driving shaft, the transmission box is connected with the driving shaft, one end of the sleeve head is connected with the output end of the transmission box, the other end of the sleeve head is a sleeve, and the transmission box changes the direction and speed of a torque transmitted by the driving shaft and transmits the torque to the sleeve head; and the driving mechanism is connected with the driving shaft. The sleeve head of the device can be closely matched with the head of the former bolt and also has a reasonable space. The sleeve head not only is strong enough to support the weight of the bolt but also helps monitoring and controlling the head sleeving-in depth of the former bolt during operation.
