Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of environments and aims at providing a device and method for generating gas containing condensable particulate matters. The device comprises a temperature-controlled heating furnace, wherein a gas mixing chamber, a humidifying chamber and a feeding chamber which are sequentially connected end to end through a pipeline are formed in the internal cavity of the temperature-controlled heating furnace; three gas source outlets are separately connected with a plurality of gas flowmeters, a humidifying micro-injection pump and a humidifying gas flowmeter are respectively connected to a humidifying concentric atomizer, and an outlet of the humidifying concentric atomizer is connected to an inlet of the humidifying chamber; a feeding gas flowmeter and a feeding micro-injection pump are separately connected to a feeding concentric atomizer, and an outlet of the feeding concentric atomizer is connected to an inlet of the feeding chamber; and a gas flow outlet is formed in the tail end of the feeding chamber. According to the device and the method, the stable generation of the condensable particulate matters can be guaranteed, and the condition that fume has stable moisture content is simulated; the cleaning is convenient, and impurity contamination is reduced; outlet fume temperature can be kept stable; and the device is small in size, so that assembly and placement are facilitated, and the performing of related researches on the condensable particulate matters is facilitated.
