The method comprises the following steps: after the generating and displaying of a video classification list, detecting whether to receive the video request instruction inputted by a user from the video classification list; when the video request instruction is detected to be received, sending to the service terminal the video request information; and receiving and playing the video sent from the service terminal. In the technical schemes of the invention, when technicians do not know how to maintain a basic system, they could learn how to do so through the video learning method using the terminal proposed in the invention, therefore, solving the problem that in the prior art, no trainings are available to train technicians to know how to maintain the platform of a basic system.
