Abstract

A special subframe comprises a special time slot DwPTS, GP and UpPTS, wherein the maximum number of symbols of the special time slot UpPTS is 4 or 6; the special time slot DwPTS length maintains an existing design unchanged; the special time slot GP length is correspondingly shortened; or the special time slot GP length maintains the existing design unchanged; and the special time slot DwPTS length is correspondingly shortened. According to the invention, a small number of modifications can be made on the basis of keeping the existing special subframe design to realize the UpPTS with more symbol lengths without causing serious interference with an original TD-SCDMA.
