The skin care product containing the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge oil is prepared from raw materials in percentage by mass as follows: 80wt%-92wt% of the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge oil, 8wt%-20wt% of bee wax, smaller than or equal to 0.02wt% of a food-grade natural preservative and smaller than or equal to 0.2wt% of natural essence. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: the bee wax is taken proportionally, cut into small pieces and added to the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge oil, a mixture is heated over water and stirred until the mixture is clarified, and then the mixture is emulsified for 15 min in an emulsifying machine; when the temperature is reduced to 40 DEG C, the food-grade natural preservative and the natural essence are added and stirred uniformly, a mixture is obtained and subjected to ultraviolet disinfection and subpackaging, and a finished product is obtained.
