A preparation method of the middle function layer includes the steps: taking 25 parts of adipose-derived stem cells, 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 30 parts of aloe vera gel, 6 parts of melatonin, 50 parts of deionized water, 80 parts of glycerin and 15 parts of glyceryl stearate according to weight part; mixing the raw materials to prepare mixed solution, enabling the mixed solution to prepare into microcapsules by the aid of a cooling mist spray device, and enabling the microcapsules to be bonded on the outer hydrophilic fiber layer to form the middle function layer. According to the face mask, absorption of face skins can be facilitated, and anti-aging, skin beautifying and anti-anaphylaxis effects of the adipose-derived stem cells are effectively achieved. The invention further provides a preparation method of the face mask.
