Abstract

The invention discloses an anomaly processing method and device. The method comprises the steps that an anomaly code generated in a workflow is acquired, and processing logic corresponding to the anomaly code is read from a preset rule base, wherein the rule base comprises at least two kinds of processing logic corresponding to anomaly codes; the read processing logic is called to process an anomaly expressed by the anomaly code, and consequently the anomaly is processed automatically.
