Abstract

Embodiments of the disclosed invention provide a wheeled apparatus suitable for storing liquid, such as water, for consumption when ordinary potable water may be scarce or unavailable. Embodiments disclosed herein may be folded and stored in a smaller profile arrangement during periods when the device is not in use. Embodiments may include wheels so that the device can be assembled in one position and rolled to a water source, and once filled with water to a shelter. Embodiments may provide a hose to connect the device to a standard household faucet or faucet. Once the invention is filled, it can be rolled to a storage position while awaiting future demand. After an emergency, the device can be evacuated and repackaged for storage.
