Problems solved by technology

With the transformation of the sea cucumber industry to a high-density intensive mode, the health and disease problems of sea cucumber farming have become increasingly prominent, and diseases such as rot skin syndrome have occurred frequently, resulting in reduced production performance and seriously restricting the healthy and sustainable development of the sea cucumber industry.
Although the use of antibiotics and chemical drugs to prevent and control aquatic animal diseases has certain effects, it will lead to many disadvantages such as bacterial resistance, drug residues, and damage to the normal flora balance between animals and the environment.

Embodiment 1

[0044] 1. Preparation of marine synbiotic additives

[0045] Step 1: Ferment and cultivate Bacillus licheniformis WS-2 in the improved 2216E marine culture medium, the culture temperature is 28°C, pH 7.0, and the culture time is 48h to obtain the fermentation broth of Bacillus licheniformis WS-2, and adjust the Bacillus licheniformis WS -2 fermented liquid until the concentration of Bacillus licheniformis WS-2 is 1×10 10 CFU / mL, to obtain Bacillus licheniformis WS-2 bacterial liquid;

[0046] Peptone: fucoidan oligosaccharide: chitooligosaccharide: yeast extract: sand filtered sea water = 0.3:0.1:0.1:0.1:100(g:g:g:g:ml);

[0047] Step 2: Mix the above-mentioned Bacillus licheniformis WS-2 bacterial liquid with marine oligosaccharide prebiotics and skim milk powder, so that the mass concentration of marine oligosaccharide prebiotics is 5%, and the mass concentration of skim milk powder protective agent is 10%;

Abstract

The invention provides a marine synbiotic additive. The marine synbiotic additive consists of bacillus licheniformis WS-2, marine oligosaccharide type prebiotics, a thalli protective agent and a plant source carrier. The invention further provides a preparation method of the marine synbiotic additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps of taking bacillus licheniformis WS-2 fluid, adding the marine oligosaccharide type prebiotics and the thalli protective agent, and performing mixing with the plant source carrier so as to obtain a mixture; and then performing vacuum freeze drying on the obtained mixture so as to obtain freeze-dried powder namely the marine synbiotic additive. The invention further provides an application of the marine synbiotic additive in the breeding of the stichopus japonicus. According to the marine synbiotic additive, probiotics and prebiotics are in efficient and scientific compatibility, so that the probiotics and the prebiotic are in synergistic reaction, and the effect of '1+1 is greater than 2' is achieved; and through the adoption of the synbiotic additive disclosed by the invention, the dual life-benefitting effects of the bacillus licheniformis WS-2 and the dual life-benefitting effects of the marine oligosaccharide type prebiotics are exerted at the same time, the growth properties and the non-specific immunity response of the stichopus japonicus can be notably improved, and the healthy growth of animals can be well promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a bacillus licheniformis-marine active oligosaccharide synbiotic and its application in sea cucumber cultivation. Background technique [0002] Sea cucumber is one of the best quality among more than 20 kinds of edible sea cucumbers in China. It ranks first among the eight seafood treasures and has extremely high nutritional and economic value. In the past ten years, the sea cucumber farming industry has developed rapidly. In 2013, the national sea cucumber output exceeded 13×104 tons, and the output value exceeded 30 billion yuan. It is the highest in the single species output value and profit in the aquaculture industry. Its development speed and comprehensive economic benefits All other economic aquatic species are unmatched. With the transformation of the sea cucumber industry to a high-density intensive mode, the health and disease problems of sea cucumber farming have become increasingly prominent...
