Abstract

The lithium ion anode material is composed of a lithium ion anode material body and the metal nitride, wherein the metal nitride uniformly coats the surface of the anode material body. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) uniformly mixing the lithium ion anode material body with TiO2 according to a certain proportion; (2) performing heat treatment on a mixture in different atmospheres step by step: firstly, sintering in an oxidizing atmosphere, secondly, replacing furnace gas in an inert atmosphere, and thirdly, sintering in an ammonia atmosphere, so that the lithium ion anode material coated with the nitride on the surface is obtained.
