Problems solved by technology

During the development of coalbed methane, it is helpful to study how to discharge the water in the coal seam. The number of adsorption layers of methane molecules and water molecules on the coal surface has always been hypothetical, and there is basically no quantitative measurement method. Therefore, it is necessary to study a A method for measuring the adsorption layers of methane and water on the coal surface

Embodiment

[0040] Under the condition of normal temperature 25 ℃ and normal pressure 0.1MPa, taking water as an example, the method of measuring the average molecular layer number of coal adsorption water, using low-field nuclear magnetic resonance to measure the nuclear magnetic resonance transverse relaxation time (T 2 ) spectrum, to obtain the total signal amount of the adsorption peak, under the same measurement conditions, measure the nuclear magnetic resonance T of a certain mass of pure water 2Spectrum, the total signal quantity per unit mass of water is obtained, and then the average number of adsorption layers of water molecules on the coal surface is finally obtained through conversion.

[0041] A method for measuring the average number of molecular layers of coal adsorption level involved in the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0042] 1) Saturated sample and measurement: Under the pressure P (unit: MPa), the sample is vacuumed and saturated with water for 12 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method used for measuring coal absorbed methane or water average molecular layer numbers. According to the method, low field nuclear magnetic resonance is adopted to measure nuclear magnetic resonance transverse relaxation time (T2) spectrum of methane or water-saturated coal samples, and obtain the total signal amount of adsorption peaks; under equal measuring conditions, the nuclear magnetic resonance T2 spectrum of a certain mass amount of pure methane or water is measured so as to obtain the total single amount of methane or water of unit mass; the average absorbed layer numbers of methane or water molecular on the surface of coal are obtained finally via conversion; and the quantitative characterization of the absorbed molecular layer numbers on the surface of coal at different pressure and temperature conditions is realized via changing the pressure and temperature conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring the average number of molecular layers of coal adsorbed methane or water, and belongs to the technical field of measuring the number of adsorbed molecular layers of coal. Background technique [0002] Coalbed methane is mainly stored on the coal surface in an adsorbed state, and the water in the reservoir has an important impact on the output of coalbed methane. The number of adsorption layers of methane molecules on the coal surface is an important basis for calculating the adsorption amount of coalbed methane. At present, the commonly used adsorption model is the Langmuir model based on monomolecular layer adsorption. In practice, the adsorption of methane on the coal surface is multi-molecular layer adsorption. The number of adsorption layers of coal and water on the coal surface can indirectly reflect the adsorption capacity of coal for methane and water. In the process of coalbed methane development...
