Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a handshake interaction message transmitted by a neighbor master control node is received, wherein the handshake interaction message carries the neighbor state of the present master control node sensed by the neighbor master control node; the locally recorded neighbor state of the neighbor master control node is updated according to the neighbor state of the present master control node sensed by the neighbor master control node; a global primary master control node is elected out of the master control nodes of the non-initial state according to locally recorded neighbor state of the master control nodes including the present master control node, wherein the non-initial state is the one-way state or the two-way state, and the neighbor state of the locally recorded present master control node is the default two-way state; and global backup master control nodes are elected out of the master control nodes of which the neighbor state is the two-way state apart from the global primary master control node. The election process is simple and easy to implement so that the election efficiency can be effectively enhanced.
