The device comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, wherein an annular space is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are both installed on a pedestal; a port of the inner cylinder is enclosed by an inner cylinder upper cover; a port of the outer cylinder is enclosed by an outer cylinder upper cover; the inner cylinder upper cover is provided with a through hole; a high pressure oil pipe is embedded in the through hole; the outer cylinder upper cover is provided with a small hole; the pedestal is provided with a small hole; gas can be injected in the annular space through the small hole in the pedestal; the injected gas can be discharged through the small hole in the outer cylinder upper cover; two ultrasonic imagers are installed at two sides of the outer cylinder so as to scan the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder.
