Abstract

The invention discloses a method for high-yield and high-quality culture of lucid ganoderma with application of light and relates to the technical field of medical fungi culture. According to the invention, control with light of different wavelengths is applied during the whole culture course of lucid ganoderma, and LED lamps with different colors are used as light sources; or, different light qualities are obtained through placement of a filter coating on a culture object under a common light source or natural light. Through regulation and control of different light qualities, growth and development states of lucid ganoderma hyphae could be changed. On one side, growth speed of lucid ganoderma is increased. On the other side, the contents of effective constituents in lucid ganoderma (ganoderan and ganodenic acid) are increased. Hence, the growth cycle of lucid ganoderma is increased, and lucid ganoderma quality is improved. According to the invention, the method is simple; the cost is low; the lucid ganoderma cultured by the method has higher commodity values; and significant economic benefits can be obtained.
