The invention discloses a method for preparing bleached chemical pulp by taking a grass plant as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: (1) the prepared grass raw material is stewed to obtain pulp of which the hardness has a potassium permanganate value of between 12 and 25; (2) the pulp after the stewing is squeezed and scrubbed, and then is subjected to disintegration treatment; and (3) pulp obtained through the disintegration treatment is subjected to oxygen delignification treatment and bleaching treatment to obtain the bleached chemical pulp. The bleached chemical pulp can be taken as pulp for preparing and producing high-quality culture paper, and has rich raw materials and low cost. In the preparation method, the whiteness needed by the pulp can be achieved without hypochlorite bleaching through the combination of the stewing, pulp squeezing, pulp washing, oxygen delignification, chlorination and alkali treatment, thereby avoiding a series of environmental problems caused by the hypochlorite bleaching.
